As some of you know, I have played at the Sad Cafe in Plaistow, NH for many years. I keep going back primarily because of the amazing support of the woman who has run it for 16 years, Linda Ard. She has always been there to greet everyone with a smile and has given countless bands their first shot at a "real gig." Unfortunately, last week, the Sad Cafe's board of directors decided to let her go. Therefore, I have decided to cancel the Oct 4th show.
I apologize to everyone who had plans to attend. Instead, I hope you will join me at the Middle East Upstairs in Cambridge, MA on Sunday, Oct 6th at 1pm. I am going to be dedicating my performance to her as a thank you for all of her years of supporting young, local musicians and the local music scene. Additionally, any money made from the show will be going toward buying her a thank you gift for all of her hard work. Please email email@example.com if you'd like a ticket to the show!

Apparently, Maine is so far North, it's South.... Because Skyler has been chosen to compete in the Pepsi Southern Original Competition! The winner gets to open for Toby Keith at the Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam and 40% of the score is based on FAN VOTING!
So, please, help Skyler out by spreading the word and voting every day!
Don't miss your chance to see Skyler live!! Check out the latest tour dates!
Hey there everyone!
So, it's true. I've got Mono...... All of the love that you have been sending me has made me feel so good and I can't even begin to thank you for that....
We're working with the doctors to find the right medicines so that I can finally get some sleep (last night my throat would close and my breathing would stop every time I would fall asleep....so I'm pretty tired!).
The good news is, this will eventually pass and I'll be back out on the road with you! =) The bad news is that I will inevitably be canceling shows on my way to recovery. I feel awful about it and I miss you all already. I can't wait to be back out there playing with you!
I can't even begin to tell you how touched I am by all of the birthday wishes. I feel so incredibly loved.... And the gifts! Wow! The amount of time, energy, creativity, and love that went into them really blew me away....
From the bottom of my heart...... THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!
Let's make this next year the best one yet, together!!!
The time is finally here! Skyler will be opening for the Band Perry and Cassadee Pope at Meadowbrook Arena in beautiful Gilford, NH! There will be over 8,000 people there.... WOW! This is gonna be fun! =)

To all of my friends in Boston: seeing our fair city in a state of lockdown is something that I never could have imagined. Boston is the Cradle of Liberty, and the very idea that we are now being made to fear walking down Boylston Street or Mass Ave brings me an overwhelming sadness. I remember taking midnight strolls from Fenway to Berklee and never feeling afraid, and now we can't even walk these streets during the day without looking over our shoulders. Please, stay safe, but I hope you won't live in fear. I, for one, am excited to be back in Boston on Sunday and to show that nothing will keep me away from my beloved city. For anyone who has ever called Boston home knows:
We are the 617
We are Boston Strong.
